We’ll put your photos or slides on DVD with music and a chapter menu
for you to enjoy on your television with friends and family!

• $1.00 per digital file (after scanning) Music added for $5.00 each song-

• Or- we can add royalty free instrumental music. Choice of music style our discretion.
• Chapter menu- $25.00 and up - Color printed DVD & Matching Case, designed and personalized with text, graphics, and/or your photos- Initial Design Fee and first set- $50.00. - $20.00 each Additional Set.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Label each tape or reel that you send as A,B,C,D, and so on, so we can confirm the contents of your package when we receive it.

For Slideshows:
1.Send 8-10 photos per minute of music.
2.Write number on all slides and photos in order that you want them shown.
3.Rubber band slides for each slideshow chapter separately, with name of each chapter included.
4.Put photos in separate envelopes for each chapter, with name of chapter on envelope.
5.Drop stacks of photos/slides into ziploc bags & seal.
6.When sending digital files on CD, file names should be written on a list, and in the order that you want them to play.
7.Include any CD’s of music.

Carefully pack your items in a sturdy box with plenty of soft packing material surrounding it. Extra Bubble wrap or Popcorn works well.

We’ll ship your items back to you in the same box, so leave plenty of room for your new CD’s or DVD’s. Include two phone numbers & return address for contact info. inside the box.

Label your box FRAGILE, and follow all suggested shipping company instructions.

Be sure to insure your package when sending. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you ship via United States Postal Service, ask for delivery confirmation and delivery signature so you can verify that we received your package.

We ship all packages back to you by UPS. Shipping charges for return mailing will be included on E-mail invoice sent to you upon completion of project.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Call or send us an e-mail describing your project, and any selected conversion options at libbyvideo@montanasky.com

1. Within 1-2 days you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a price quote for
    the project.
2. Send your photos, tapes, etc. by the shipping method of your choice. For complete packaging & shipping instructions, see SHIPPING INFORMATION.
3. We will send you an e-mail when your package arrives.

TO MAKE A PAYMENT:
We will send you an Invoice by e-mail when your project is completed. This will include return shipping charges. Payment is due upon receipt of this invoice.

You may then make payment by one of the following methods:

1. Follow the E-mail instructions included in your Invoice.

2. Click on the PayPal Button below to make a payment here on our site using a credit card. You Do Not have to sign up for a PayPal account to make a payment in this way. Just enter the payment amount at the top of the page , and click ”continue” to enter your credit card information.

3. To Pay by Personal Check: Required upon receipt of your invoice. We will send completed projects back to you with your originals, once we receive your payment in the mail.
